Join our experienced and certified yoga instructors for an all inclusive yoga retreat holiday. There will be plenty of relaxed time to indulge in our wellness center, oleate your bodies with our ayurveduc massages, deepen your personal yoga practice, cleanse and detox. Our retreat vacation focuses on building core strength, both of the body and the mind through daily hatha yoga classes, meditations, chanting, jalanetis and lectures to reinforce the essence of life and motivate to live a fuller present moment.

Yoga

Morning sivananda style meditative classes with emphasis on breath and evening hatha power dynamic and challenging classes..our teachers during the retreat will focus on backbends, hip openers, forward bends and inversons. Personal attention and adjustments will be duly made where needed..
