Yoga facilities

Studio 1
We boast of a premier yoga studio with wooden flooring and a wall of mirrors in an old character building, next to a quaint little church and surrounded by picturesque hilly beauty.

The studio has 97 sq meters of abundant space. It can take up to 35 yoga mats comfortably. Warming capacity of over 27 degrees centigrade and excellent professional PA system including the hands free microphone for use with larger groups.

Good quality yoga mats and props like belts, bricks and cushions are provided. There is a 50 sq meters of fully equipped kitchen at the premesis if needed.

Plenty of wall space in the studio for respective postures and outdoor flat massive grass area, overlooking the hills and the horses (for summer practice only).


Studio 2
Our second yoga studio is also fully equipped, once again with mirrors and can be used for private tuition. It can take up to 10 yoga mats.

Meditation room
This is a beautiful, simple and full of energy room in a dome like building with captivating views. This brings about a calmness inside you as you walk in…meditate to music or the sound of your breath!

 

Buddha lounge
There is second meditative room in the wellness center as well.
We use that room for informal interactive lectures. Provided is a wall screen for visuals and shows.
